Andreja Mladenović, Deputy Mayor of Belgrade and Martovski Festival Chairman of the Board, said that the Belgrade authorities have assessed the current situation regarding the pandemic and decided to reschedule the 67/68 edition of the Belgrade Documentary and Short Film Festival.
He said that the Festival is ready for launch. However, having in mind the participants’ safety, it was decided that the Festival should be postponed. He appealed to all citizens to adhere to measures and vaccinate so that we can all return to normal life and beat this enemy.
– Last year’s Martovski Festival was not held for the same reasons, and this year’s double edition was planned for the period from March 22 to 28 – Mladenović reminded.
Speaking today for TANJUG, Ivan Karl, the City of Belgrade Secretary of Culture, said that besides Martovski Festival, the FEST also got new dates, from May 7 to 16 this year.
